20 Percent is a blog dedicated to various IT professional development topics (Coding, QA, System/Network admin etc), as well as well as trying to record innovative stuff formed by randomness and serendipity out of the chaos of day to day IT life. For a more general blog of mine, check out this site.
In other words, we bring order to chaos. Unfortunately, noone can tell you what 20 percent is, you have to see it for yourself.
The idea behind the name? Well the most innovative companies have implemented a thing called 20% time – which is time where engineers do not spend time on official projects but use the time to experiment with new technologies or projects (which may end up becoming new products).
The same goes with the purpose of the blog, to let the world what I’ve tried (or failed) and keep a record of it.
Anyway peace peoples. Feel free to hit us up on twitter @20percentblog
